NUTRITION: Calorie/protein/macro targets will be set if necessary and by linking up to MyFtinessPal you & your coach can track everything & work on your eating habits to match your goal & to improve overall health.
HABITS: Habits form the basis of your daily behaviours - you and your coach will work on these daily and you can tick them off for accountability.
